WHO I Am

Hi, I’m Paula.

I don’t believe information changes people.

I believe understanding yourself does.

For years, I consumed every book, podcast, video, and course I could find.

I learned attachment theory.

Trauma bonds.

Nervous system regulation.

Manipulation.

Boundaries.

Self-worth.

I knew all the terminology.

Yet I kept repeating the same patterns.

Because no one ever taught me how that knowledge applied to me.

Knowing the words wasn’t enough.

I had to learn to recognise the moments I abandoned myself.

The conversations where I ignored my intuition.

The relationships where I confused anxiety for love.

The decisions I made from fear instead of self-trust.

That’s when everything changed.

Not because I learned something new.

Because I finally understood myself.

Today, that’s the work I do.

I help women stop collecting information and start recognising their own patterns.

Because patterns lose their power the moment you can see them.

My work isn’t about convincing women to avoid relationships.

It isn’t about teaching women to hate men.

And it certainly isn’t about becoming independent simply for the sake of independence.

It’s about becoming so deeply connected to yourself that no relationship, opportunity, opinion, or person’s approval determines who you are.

Because when your identity no longer depends on being chosen…

you begin choosing yourself.

And from that place, everything changes.

You stop settling.

You stop shrinking.

You stop outsourcing your worth.

You stop building your life around the hope that someone else will complete it.

Instead, you build a life that already feels whole.

If love enters that life one day, it becomes an addition not a rescue.

Not because another person’s love isn’t beautiful.

But because no external love will ever compare to the relationship you build with yourself.

That is the foundation.

Everything else is a bonus.

That is what becoming a Sovereign Woman means.
