WHO Am I?

Hi, I'm Paula.

I didn't wake up one day magically detached.

I unlearned it.

I unlearned the conditioning that taught me my value was tied to being chosen, desired, partnered, or approved of.

That voice in your mind, body, and nervous system that whispers, "You need a partner to be enough" isn't intuition.

It's conditioning.

And it runs deep.

For years, I believed love, attention, and validation were proof of my worth.

I learned how to be desirable, accommodating, understanding, and self-sacrificing long before I learned how to honour my own needs.

I was taught to prioritise connection over self-connection.

To centre relationships before centring myself.

To measure my value through someone else's desire.

And in doing that, I slowly disappeared.

What I eventually realised was that the problem wasn't my choice in men or people.

The problem was that I had built my identity around being chosen.

I had spent years making other people the centre of my life while abandoning myself in the process.

And the more disconnected I became from myself, the easier it was to tolerate things that didn't align with my values, needs, or standards.

So I started paying attention.

To my patterns.

My conditioning.

My blind spots.

The ways I was abandoning myself without even realising it.

And once I could see them clearly, everything changed.

Because when you understand yourself, you stop repeating yourself.

You stop outsourcing your worth.

You stop looking for someone else to tell you who you are.

And you become much harder to manipulate, control, or influence against your own best interests.

Today, I teach women how to do the same.

Not because I have all the answers.

But because I've walked this path myself.

The Sovereign Woman was created for women who are tired of repeating the same patterns and ready to understand themselves on a deeper level.

Because once you can clearly see your patterns, you stop being controlled by them.

That is the power of becoming a Sovereign Woman.
